Refund Policy
Effective October 14, 2026
Paid plans on OnlyFinds (claiming and verifying a profile, boosts, spotlight and the homepage featured spot) are prepaid for one month or twelve months, and once a plan is active its payment is final. This page lists the few situations in which money is returned.
1. How plans are paid
Each plan is a single crypto payment for the period you choose on the pricing page. There is no automatic renewal: when the period ends, the plan simply stops unless you pay for another one. You never need to cancel anything to avoid a further charge.
The period starts when the payment is confirmed and the plan is switched on for your listing. From then on you have bought exposure and features for that period, and the price does not depend on how many visitors, clicks or new subscribers the listing gets. Paying asks us to start straight away, and you accept that any statutory withdrawal or cooling-off right ends once the plan is active.
2. When nothing is returned
- The listing brought fewer views, clicks or fans than you hoped. Placement and impressions are what you pay for, not results.
- You stopped creating, closed your page elsewhere, or no longer want to be promoted.
- You took a plan or period that turned out not to suit you.
- The plan ran for part of its period before you lost interest. Unused days are not paid back.
- Your listing was hidden or removed because it broke our Terms of Service, our age rules or a valid takedown request.
- A feature that is not described on the pricing page, or that works differently from what you assumed.
- Crypto sent to the wrong address or network, sent in the wrong amount, or affected by exchange rate movements and network fees. Blockchain payments cannot be reversed by us.
- Someone you gave your login to used the account.
3. When a claim is not approved
A paid profile claim only becomes active after we confirm the profile is yours. If ownership cannot be confirmed and the claim is not approved, nothing has been delivered, so the payment for that claim is returned on request, as the claim email explains.
4. The three exceptions for active plans
For a plan that has been switched on, money is returned only in these cases, only where our records support the request, and up to the amount paid for the period concerned:
- Paid twice through our error. A fault on our side took two payments for the same plan and period.
- A payment you did not make. Someone used your account or funds without your permission, you report it within 14 days, and our records and those of our payment operator confirm it. Your word alone does not settle it.
- The service failed completely. A confirmed fault on our side kept your paid placement from showing at all for a continuous period, you told us while it was happening, and we could not fix it. Slow pages, a short interruption and problems on your own device or network are excluded.
Returns are made by the same payment route where that is possible, in the amount originally paid, and settle our whole liability for that payment.
5. Asking for a return
Email [email protected] from the address on your account within 14 days of the payment, with the plan, the date and the transaction reference, and say which case above applies. Requests made later or by another route are not reviewed.
6. What we keep on record
Creating an account means accepting our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which include this policy. Before you pay, the pricing page and the payment page show the plan, the price and the period.
For each plan we keep the time of purchase, the plan and price shown, your acceptance of the terms, the emails we sent about it, and the account activity log (sign-ins, listing edits, plan activation) with the technical details recorded beside each entry. Our payment operator keeps its own record of each payment, including the transaction reference, amount, currency and time. Requests are checked against these records.
7. Disputes
If a payment looks wrong, write to us first. Opening a dispute with a payment provider without contacting us breaches our Terms of Service and leads to permanent closure of the account, and we share the records above with the party handling the dispute.
8. Earlier purchases
Plans bought before October 14, 2026 stay under the terms that applied on the day they were bought.
