If you are a creator and would like your profile removed from the OnlyFinds directory, we respect your wishes and make the process as simple as possible.

No formal legal notice is required for simple profile removal. Just send us an email and we'll take care of it.

DMCA Takedown Notices

OnlyFinds respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content on our Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.

Requirements for a Valid DMCA Notice

Your DMCA takedown notice must include the following:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work — A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
2. Identification of the infringing material — The URL(s) or description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on our Service.
3. Your contact information — Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Good faith statement — A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy statement — A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. Signature — Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Counter-notifications must comply with the requirements set forth in the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512(g)).

Response Time

We are committed to responding to all removal requests and DMCA notices promptly:

• Profile removal requests: Processed within 48–72 hours
• DMCA takedown notices: Acknowledged within 48 hours; infringing material removed expeditiously

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, OnlyFinds will terminate access for users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Good Faith

Please note that submitting a false DMCA takedown notice may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
